Senior Executive Accounts Receivable

About The Role

Join our dynamic Finance team and play a key role in handling billing and revenue processes for global clients. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to experience fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact business success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day billing for multiple service lines and ensure timely invoicing for new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to supervise contracts and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare credit notes, re-bills, and distribute billing documents promptly.
  • Support month-end processes, including revenue accruals and reporting.
  • Respond to ad-hoc finance requests and assist with audits.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to system testing and upgrades.
  • Mentor junior team members and develop cross-functional learning.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Find opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in projects that shape the future of our billing systems and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a relevant degree or professional qualification.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience, including 1 year in Accounts Receivable within a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Oracle finance systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Flexibility to work UK hours.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
