About The Role
Join our dynamic Finance team and play a key role in handling billing and revenue processes for global clients. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day billing for multiple service lines and ensure timely invoicing for new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to supervise contracts and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare credit notes, re-bills, and distribute billing documents promptly.
- Support month-end processes, including revenue accruals and reporting.
- Respond to ad-hoc finance requests and assist with audits.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to system testing and upgrades.
- Mentor junior team members and develop cross-functional learning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Find opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in projects that shape the future of our billing systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a relevant degree or professional qualification.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, including 1 year in Accounts Receivable within a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Oracle finance systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility to work UK hours.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
