Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for estimating
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and conditions
  • Prepare and submit bids and proposals
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and bids
  • Monitor project costs and provide budget updates as required
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 3-10 years of experience in estimating for construction projects
  • Proficient in estimating software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, Estimator Pro)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and codes
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
