KeyResponsibilities

• Analyzearchitectural,structural,andMEPdrawingstoperformaccuratequantitytakeoffs.
• PreparedetailedcostestimatesandBillofQuantities(BOQ)forconstructionprojects.
• Leadtheestimationprocessfortendersubmissionsandbidproposals.
• UtilizeestimatingsoftwaresuchasPlanSwift,Bluebeam,andOn-ScreenTakeofffordigitaltakeoffs.
• Reviewprojectspecifications,scopedocuments,andtenderdrawings.
• Identifyscopegaps,discrepancies,andpotentialrisksinprojectdocuments.
• Coordinatewithprojectmanagers,procurementteams,andstakeholdersforpricingandmaterialcostinputs.
• Mentorandguidejuniorestimatorsandtakeoffspecialists.
• Maintainandupdatecostdatabasesandestimationtemplates.
• Ensureestimatesarepreparedwithinprojecttimelinesandqualitystandards.

• Strongknowledgeofconstructionestimationandquantitytakeoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree/DiplomainCivilEngineering,ConstructionManagement,orrelatedfield.
• 3-8yearsofexperienceinconstructionestimatingorquantitysurveying.
• Experienceworkingoncommercial,residential,orinfrastructureprojects.
