Job Title – Senior Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Location: Sector 18, Gurugram

Work Schedule: 6 days working with 2nd & 4th Saturdays off

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (QS) with 5+ years of experience in construction and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing billing operations, cost estimation, contract coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget

and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client and contractor billing processes efficiently
• Prepare, verify, and certify running and final bills as per drawings and site measurements
• Develop and manage BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and site requirements
• Perform rate analysis for SOR and Non-SOR items
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
• Manage vendor negotiations and procurement support
• Prepare and track work orders (WO) and purchase orders (PO)
• Perform material and quantity reconciliation post-execution
• Maintain project documentation and billing records
• Prepare progress reports and billing summaries
• Support budget monitoring and cost control

Key Skills & Competencies :

• Strong knowledge of billing, estimation, and quantity surveying
• Expertise in BOQ preparation and rate analysis
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Dynamics 360 and Buildx
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to interpret construction drawings
• Strong time management and multitasking skills

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in:

a) Quantity Surveying (QS)

b) Billing Engineering

c) Cost estimation and project coordination

Experience in commercial interior or construction projects preferred
