15 years of overall industry experience, with 4+ years as Technical Project Manager with good technical experience along with strong program ownership skills with capability to work closely with customer for customer success. The ideal candidate has grown from a strong engineering background (Microsoft tech stack) into a customer-facing leadership role
Responsibilities
- Own and drive technology programs
- Translate customer and business needs into clear technical execution plans
- Define program scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Track and report program progress
Skills
Hands-on technical experience earlier in the career
Experience with Microsoft technology stack , including C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs etc
Strong in Systemic Thinking
Project planning and tracking skills
Experienced SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent risk management and dependency tracking skills
Strong customer-facing experience
Qualifications: BTech / MCA
