We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead large-scale delivery operations from offshore, managing a team of 100+ professionals across multiple projects. This role demands strong leadership, client engagement capabilities, and deep technical expertise in Web and Mobile technologies. The ideal candidate will drive Agile delivery, engineering excellence, and innovation, acting as a key liaison between offshore teams and global clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client partnerships.
- Agile Delivery Management & Governance Ensure timely, quality delivery across projects.
- Technical & Engineering Leadership Provide guidance on Web and Mobile technologies.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation Drive new ideas and best practices in engineering.
- People Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor large teams (100+ members).
- Financial & Operational Oversight Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs.
- Process Excellence & Compliance Implement and maintain delivery standards.
- Proposal Building Contribute to solutioning and proposal development for new opportunities.
Experience Required
- Overall: 16 + years of experience in IT.
- Delivery Management: 5+ years in senior delivery leadership roles.
- Strong technical acumen in Web and Mobile technologies.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies, client engagement, and large-scale team management.
