Senior Engineer - Testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project test requirements and document test scenarios; seek clarifications from BAs/customers as needed.
• Derive test scenarios, develop and execute test cases, review test cases prepared by peers and juniors, and report testing status.
• Create and execute automated test scripts to support testing efforts.
• Assist Test Leads with estimates, strategy, and planning; monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in DRB meetings, team meetings, and customer calls to provide clarifications or resolve issues.
• Suggest automation solutions, process improvements, and productivity enhancements; develop accelerators/tools/macros.
• Adhere to SLK and project-related processes, security guidelines, and other process activities.
• Participate in mandatory learning & development initiatives (minimum 6 days training per year).
• Mentor and coach junior test engineers in their tasks and skill development.
• Ensure optimal utilization of time and implementation of innovative ideas to deliver cost savings.
