Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Understand customer expectations and perform detailed design.
- Analyze module/component requirements in alignment with overall project scope.
- Assist Analyst Designer in module analysis and design.
- Implement/develop code according to the design and coding standards.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of allocated tasks.
- Comply with SLK policies and procedures (timesheet, leave management, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation of Integration Test Plans.
- Support integration testing and system testing.
- Resolve defects reported through peer reviews, testing, and independent verification.
- Conduct peer reviews to maintain code quality and reduce re-work.
- Contribute to reusable code/components.
- Participate in customer calls and provide status reports on schedule.
- Collaborate with team members and guide junior developers.
- Engage in learning initiatives as per plan.
