Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Module Development & Design
- Understand customer expectations and perform detailed module design.
- Analyze requirements of assigned modules/components in line with overall project scope.
- Assist Analysts & Designers in module analysis and design.
- Implement and develop code as per design, ensuring adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of allocated tasks.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Assist Analysts & Designers in preparation of Integration Test Plans.
- Support integration testing and system testing.
- Resolve defects identified through peer reviews, independent verification, validation, and testing.
- Conduct peer reviews to maintain code quality.
- Contribute to reusable code and components, reducing rework.
Communication & Collaboration
- Participate in customer calls and provide status reports as per defined timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and guide junior developers.
- Support team learning initiatives as per organizational plan.
Process Compliance
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including timesheet and leave management.
- Follow SLK process standards to ensure quality deliverables.
