Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Test Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for various applications.
• Implement test automation strategies to achieve optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Participate in Agile sprints from the design phase to integrate testing early in the development lifecycle.
• Debugging & Support:
• Act as the first level of debugging for the development team and internal customers.
• Proactively identify issues and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
• Collaboration & R&D:
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and create effective test cases.
• Contribute to in-house R&D activities, exploring new tools, techniques, and testing frameworks.
• Quality Ownership:
• Take ownership of testing deliverables, ensuring high quality, reliability, and adherence to standards.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail while testing complex features.
