Main Tasks
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Mandatory Skills
- Design, implement, and maintain BlueCat DNS/DHCP/IPAM solutions for clients.
- Creation of operational documents for DDI Rollout
- Installation of new servers in new sites
- Stay updated on BlueCat product releases and perform system upgrades as necessary.
- Support on Data maintenance and Cases handling
- Software tests [work closely with Architect team]
- Integrate BlueCat solutions into existing client environments, ensuring seamless operation with other systems.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to BlueCat / DDI solutions promptly.
- Work closely with network and security teams to troubleshoot and address complex problems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal team during the implementation and ongoing usage of BlueCat products.
- Collaborate with internal team to understand their network requirements and customize BlueCat solutions accordingly
- Ensure the optimal performance, availability, and security of BlueCat infrastructure.
- Accountable and responsible for taking lead on P1 related issue in infrastructure
- Candidate should be willing operations.
- Lifecycle management of BlueCat devices and update the process based on best practice
- Drive and achieve define SLA and KPIs
Your Profile
Good to Have/Advantage/Certifications
- Minimum CCNA Certification
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Advance knowledge of DNS / DHCP and IPAM technologies
- Proven experience as a BlueCat Engineer or in a similar role
- Assistance and implement in the technical conception of global projects
- Relevant certifications (e.g., BlueCat Certified Architect) would be a plus

Experience
Education and/or Work Experience in Years:
- Diploma / Graduation or B.E from reputed University or Institute
- 4+ years of progressive experience in networking, DNS, DHCP, DID, BlueCat, Python
- Added advantage to know German language
- Added advantage to know programming experience (python/bash)
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Taking ownership for Incident tickets and resolve within SLA
- Knowledge of ITIL disciplines such as Incident, Problem and Change Management
