Key Responsibilities:
Configure Payroll, Absence Plans, Calculation Cards, and Legislative Data Groups.
Set up Absence types, accrual plans, and eligibility rules.
Support Core HR integration with Payroll and Absence modules.
Troubleshoot issues related to payroll calculations, statutory compliance, and absence accruals.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Oracle HCM
Payroll configuration (elements, balances, calculation cards, costing).
Absence management (plans, accruals, eligibility profiles).
Knowledge of statutory compliance
Strong understanding of security roles and workflows in HCM Cloud.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
