Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Draftsman to join our design team for preparing technical drawings and detailed documentation for architectural projects. preference will be given to experienced professionals capable of independently managing drawing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Prepare 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations) using AutoCAD (2D is essential; 3D is a plus).

·        Assist in converting architectural/engineering concepts into technical drawings.

·        Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.

·        Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and site teams.

• Independently prepare detailed GFC (Good for Construction) and working drawings.
• Draft RCC, plumbing, drainage, and site layout plans as per project scope.
• Review and revise drawings based on site inputs and consultant feedback.
• Ensure compliance with GDCR/bylaws and technical accuracy in all outputs.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, MS Excel will get priority.

Education:

• ITI Draftsman (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Architecture
