Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) development and implementation, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CLM.
Proven proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying DocuSign CLM solutions tailored to organizational needs.
Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring DocuSign CLM to streamline contract management workflows and enhance the end-user experience.
Skilled in leading integrations of DocuSign CLM with enterprise systems and applications, ensuring process efficiency and data integrity.
In-depth understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Proficient in web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security frameworks.
Salesforce Certified CLM Specialist is highly preferred.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and system integrations.
Provide expert-level support and training to end-users, maximizing adoption and effective use of DocuSign CLM features.
Identify, propose, and implement process optimizations and automation opportunities within the CLM environment.
Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in DocuSign CLM and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
Lead or contribute to CLM enhancements and integration projects in partnership with developers and architects.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and high-quality deliverables.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and provide expert technical insight.
Operate effectively within Agile development environments and utilize version control systems.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
