Provide architecture level expertise to IAM solution design and
implementation.
- Respond to customers questions related to the IAM Governance Program and
provide guidance when required on entitlement issues.
- Participate in quality assurance measures and support all auditing
requirements for customer including long term governance projects.
- Work with Team members to identify and resolve the complex problems in
ongoing projects.
- Address high priority tickets quickly, work within and measure against
customer SLAs.
- Adapt script or create script to automate the manual tasks and develop
custom connectors.
- Lead a team of IAM consultants for L1 and L2 level support tasks and
implementation.
- Manage end to end implementations in unified access management.
Required Skills
- Bachelor of Technology /BS/MS in computer science or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in IAM (SailPoint IIQ) support, Cyber Ark Support,
Beyond Trust Support or architecture and implementation.
- SailPoint IIQ Certification is good to have.
- Saviynt Certified IGA Professional will be an added advantage.
- Cyber Ark or Beyond Trust Delivery Certified Engineer is mandatory.
- Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, ABAC, Provisioning and De
Provisioning, Access Reviews, and certifications etc.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global
counterparts.
- Excellent demo, pre-sales and presentation skills on unified access
management.
- Good understanding of LDAP directory servers / directory proxies, audit and
reporting systems, federation and SSO.
- Certified on Okta, Ping Identity or One Login or any other MFA/ESSO/AM
tool.
