The Opportunity

In this role, you will drive complex digital transformation initiatives and craft differentiated solutions for our clients. In this strategic role, you will bridge the gap between business challenges and technological innovation, leveraging expertise in AI, RPA, CCaaS, and Analytics to design future-ready operations.

You will play a pivotal role in pre-sales, solution design, and implementation, partnering with C-suite executives to demonstrate ROI and competitive advantage.

The Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation journeys, establishing strategies that bridge as-is workflows with optimized to-be processes.
  • Conduct deep-dive due diligence and process assessments to uncover inefficiencies and identify automation opportunities across AI, RPA, IDP, BPM, and Analytics.
  • Recommend and implement innovative solutions aligned with client goals, ensuring the organization stays ahead of emerging trends and key industry drivers.
  • Draft compelling solution proposals, RFx responses, and presentations that clearly articulate capabilities, benefits, ROI, and competitive advantages.
  • Balance solution benefits with costs using various pricing models; demonstrate in-depth knowledge of costing models specifically for AI and automation tools.
  • Deliver high-impact solution pitches, defenses, and demonstrations specifically tailored to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate extensively with Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.
  • Drive interactions with prospects and existing clients, converting business challenges into tangible outsourcing and transformation opportunities.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships across functions and geographies, communicating effectively at all organizational levels (internal and external).

The Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA is strictly preferred.
  • 1015 years of progressive experience in pre-sales, solution design, transformation, and implementation.
  • BPO & Contact Center Expertise: Deep knowledge of BPO trends, outsourcing models, and contact center technologies across multiple verticals.
  • Proven track record involving (but not limited to):
  • CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service)
  • AI & Agentic AI
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
  • OCR & IDP (Intelligent Document Processing)
  • BPM (Business Process Management)
  • Solid understanding of CRMs, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and modern AI/automation toolsets.
  • Ability to craft differentiated narratives that resonate with clients and simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in constructing detailed cost-benefit analyses and pricing structures for complex tech solutions.
  • Strong capability to assess processes across both small-scale pilots and large-scale global operations.
