Position Overview: We are seeking leader with operational and consumer marketing chops to join our Delhivery Intercity Business. The business has been growing over the last 3 years while we have established a 0-1 journey, we are looking for a business owner to take it from 1-10. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing, consumer insights and growing a consumer app-based service This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, delivering customer service, identifying market opportunities, forging partnerships, and optimizing business margins.
Location: Delhi NCR/Gurgaon/Goa/Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic projects to drive revenue and margin growth within Delhivery Direct's Intercity Business, including product functionality, niche segment specific services (ex. relocation and gifting) and price optimization.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, CS and operations teams to rapidly grow the business to 10X over the next 2 years.
- External Market Analysis and Identification of new levers of growth including partnerships that involve collaborative GTM
Requirements:
- MBA from top tier B schools preferred
- We're ideally looking for 10-15 years of experience within the top consumer service apps in India is essential - you should have primarily led the growth of the service overall or a large segment within the same
- We are also keen on ex-founders who have spent more than 3 years addressing similar problems with more than 10 years overall experience
- Strong understanding of product management, marketing and service operations is essential
- We're looking for excessive energy, optimism and grit specifically as characteristics essential for this role
