Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, architecture, development, and documentation of large-scale distributed systems.
Architect scalable, secure, and robust AdTech/MarTech platforms supporting global users and data-heavy workloads.
Drive GenAI strategy, including PoCs, model integration, and AI-driven product innovation.
Design and implement microservices-based, cloud-native architectures using modern engineering practices.
Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to define roadmap, priorities, and delivery plans.
Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design governance across engineering teams.
Establish engineering standards, best practices, and non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability).
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous deployment and delivery.
Ensure operational excellence including observability, monitoring, and system reliability (4 9s availability).
Mentor and guide Principal Engineers and large engineering teams (50+ engineers).
Drive tech modernization initiatives and manage technical debt effectively.
Contribute to open-source projects and drive innovation through reusable frameworks and platforms.
