Marketing Strategy & Execution
Design and implement targeted marketing schemes for different influencer categories.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and optimize for better ROI.
Engagement Programs
Conceptualize and execute engagement activities such as:
Architect & designer meets
Knowledge sessions / workshops
Loyalty programs
Site visits and factory tours
Ensure high participation and meaningful engagement with influencers.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer networks.
Provide actionable insights to enhance product positioning and marketing strategies.
Individual Contribution
Take ownership of assigned territories/accounts and deliver on defined KPIs.
Drive initiatives independently with a results-oriented approach.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
Demonstrate leadership in driving initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior team members (if applicable) and contribute to team development.
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in industries such as building materials, construction, interior solutions, or related sectors.
Exposure: Strong experience working with premium architects and interior designers.

Experience in designing influencer marketing programs
Event planning and execution expertise
