Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium architects, interior designers, and key influencers.
  • Identify and onboard new influencers to expand the network and drive brand advocacy.
  • Act as a single point of contact for key influencer accounts.
  • Business Development
  • Identify business opportunities through influencer networks and convert them into revenue.
  • Drive specifications and recommendations through influencers to support sales growth.
  • Track and monitor business generated through influencer channels.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Design and implement targeted marketing schemes for different influencer categories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and optimize for better ROI.
  • Engagement Programs
  • Conceptualize and execute engagement activities such as:
    • Architect & designer meets
    • Knowledge sessions / workshops
    • Loyalty programs
    • Site visits and factory tours
  • Ensure high participation and meaningful engagement with influencers.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer networks.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Individual Contribution
  • Take ownership of assigned territories/accounts and deliver on defined KPIs.
  • Drive initiatives independently with a results-oriented approach.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration
  • Demonstrate leadership in driving initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior team members (if applicable) and contribute to team development.
Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in industries such as building materials, construction, interior solutions, or related sectors.
  • Exposure: Strong experience working with premium architects and interior designers.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent relationship management and networking skills
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Experience in designing influencer marketing programs
    • Event planning and execution expertise
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Experience in plywood, laminates, furniture, or building materials industry is highly preferred
  • The companies we should be looking at are:Hettich, Fenesta, Royaltouch, Merino, Greenlam (Mikasa people preferred), Wigwam, Jaquar, RAK Ceramics or similar
