Job Brief
Nuance Consultancy is on the lookout for a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage the online digital assets of our clients. The candidate should have a holistic understanding of digital marketing channels and their efficacy. We would require the candidate to strategise, plan, execute and analyse marketing & communications for clients across the digital stratosphere. He/she should be well versed with various Analytics tools to extrapolate sharp insights, spearhead the overall strategy of various clients and collaborate with brands & influencers. He/she will also need to have a good understanding of Social Media, Performance Marketing and overall Digital Marketing.In this role, the candidate will need to be highly creative, have a penchant for numbers and have a sharp eye for design. He/sheshould have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Along with that, the candidate will be required to have impeccable management skills and will be tasked with managing a team of digital marketing executives for the same.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a range of digital and social media marketing campaigns to help shape, promote and expand the brand's reach
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency across social media channels for clients
Manage a team of executives to help execute strategies for clients across assets
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which engage audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
Identify the latest trends, tools and technology affecting our industry
Coordinate and give direction to the creative team internally to conceptualise and plan new and innovative growth strategies
Analyse digital campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity and keep an eye on trends within the online space
Suggest innovative campaigns to engage with audiences through online channels & tools
Spearhead the paid media approach for clients by running ads through Facebook Ad Manager to increase reach, traffic & conversions for clients
Collaborate with brands and influencers for campaigns to increase reach and augment WOM buzz for clients
Education and Experience Requirements:
A Bachelors / Specialized course in Business, Marketing, Digital, Journalism, Public Relations or relevant fields
3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Advertising (preferably in an agency of repute)
Certifications related to digital marketing and social media through online courses offered by Udemy, Coursera, Google and other relevant platforms are an added bonus
Skills & Attribute Requirements:
Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms & Digital Marketing Best Practices
Good understanding of Performance Marketing is a bonus
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint is a plus
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize the fundamental concepts throughout various forms of outreach
Proficient Copywriting skills are a bonus
Ability to drive initiatives, be creative, innovative and able to think out of the box
Ability to understand the uniqueness of each brand to craft a distinctive strategy that would suit the brand's audience
BONUS if there is experience within the Lifestyle, Luxury and Hospitality space
