Job Purpose
We are looking for a multifaceted social media and communications expert who can manage strategic initiatives across executive communications and business-focused content. This role blends creativity, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong emphasis on BFSI, fintech, and lifestyle segments. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating leadership vision into compelling narratives, curating content for HNIs and CXOs, and leveraging AI and analytics for performance optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Reddit, Quora).
- Create engaging long-form content for YouTube for meeting business objectives
- Manage executive presence and stakeholder communications across platforms, including thought leadership articles, speeches, and video scripts.
- Translate complex financial concepts into engaging content tailored to HNIs, investors, and CXOs.
- Collaborate with product, wealth, and leadership teams to ensure content accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Build dashboards and MIS reports to track campaign performance and social media metrics.
- Leverage AI-driven tools for personalized content ideation, scheduling, media planning, and audience analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, legal) for timely and compliant content delivery.
- Optimize content based on engagement metrics and stakeholder feedback.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Post-graduation: MBA
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
