Senior DFT Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Title/Position: Senior DFT Engineer

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

Type: Fulltime

Skills - MBIST, ATPG, JTAG, Tester, scan

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experienced in SCAN Insertion and Scan DRC fixing using Design Compiler or Fusion Compiler.
• Experienced in ATPG Coverage Improvement, Fixing ATPG DRC's. Stuck-AT, At-Speed Pattern Generation using Tessent and TetraMax Tool.
• MBIST Implementation with BIRA, BISR for different set of memory and test case generation on different algorithm's using Tessent MBIST(TMBIST) tool.
• ATPG, MBIST TestBench Validation in unit Delay & across different timing corners. Debugging Simulation Mismatches using VCS, Verdi, NCSim. ModelSim Tool.
• Basic skillset on awk, perl, shell scripting will be an advantage
• Minium 5 to 15 Years
