Mandatory Skills

AWS Services: Hands-on experience with EC2, Load Balancers, Route 53, API Gateway, CloudFront, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, AWS Organizations, EBS, EFS, and Networking (VPC, Subnetting, and Peering).

Logging: Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch and OpenSearch for efficient logging solutions.

Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Monitoring Tools: Expertise with Prometheus and Grafana for effective monitoring and visualization.

Reverse Proxy: Proficient in using Nginx as a reverse proxy.

Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform for automating infrastructure setups.

CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins for streamlined deployments.

Databases: Practical experience with MongoDB Atlas, Redis, RabbitMQ, AWS Postgres, MySQL, and WordPress database management.

Scripting: Strong scripting experience in Shell or Python. Good to Have Skills

Cloud Automation: Familiarity with AWS Lambda and AWS Cloud Formation.

Bug Tracking Tools: Experience using tools like Jira for issue tracking and management.

Web Servers: Knowledge of managing web servers such as Apache and Tomcat.

Design Patterns: Fundamental knowledge of software design patterns.

Collaboration: Experience communicating effectively with users, technical teams, and management to collect requirements and describe technical designs.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably working on Fintech projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive product decisions.
