Senior Designer - HashiCorp

Responsibilities:

• Be a passionate designer who thrives in environments of ambiguity and rapid innovation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define priorities, roadmaps, and design goals from early concept to release.
• Own the end-to-end design process, developing domain expertise and deep user understanding.
• Combine user research and creativity to craft practical, elegant solutions for technical audiences.
• Conduct user testing, generative research, and data-driven analysis to validate designs.
• Partner with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and responsive, scalable implementations.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from users and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Help define and evolve HashiCorp's Design System, improving consistency and visual quality.
• Collaborate across teams to prioritize features and enhancements critical to customer success.
