Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Design Architect based in Noida. The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects, creating construction drawings, leading design management activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring the delivery of innovative architectural solutions. The role also includes client interaction, overseeing project execution, and ensuring alignment with the firm's design vision and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Planning and Architectural Design, Design Coordination
• Proficiency in Design Management and experience leading design projects
• Knowledge and experience in preparing detailed Construction Drawings
• Effective Communication skills, including client presentations and team coordination
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage project timelines effectively
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Sketch up and similar tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution
• 10 to 15 years of Strong professional experience in architecture and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
• Bachelor or Masters in Architecture, B. Arch or M.Arch Architecture Design
