Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Program Management certification or experience in Program Management with a technology company.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Experience working in learning design and working with senior stakeholders and customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
Consult with business leaders to diagnose the business challenge and what knowledge, skills, and expertise are required to ensure success for each role in their organization.
Co-develop the strategy and own the roadmap for L&D programs across one or more gTech Ads verticals, agreeing on performance metrics in partnership with gSO and business leads.
Perform day-to-day program management to ensure onboarding and upskilling initiatives are executed to plan. Partner with other team members to ensure consistency and best practice in program approach.
Utilize new and existing AI approaches to improve execution accuracy, scale, and efficiency across program/content delivery, practice, and assessment.
Ensure all programs and activities are effectively tracked and reported to allow leaders to monitor progress and quality.
