Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Program Management certification or experience in Program Management with a technology company.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in learning design and working with senior stakeholders and customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business leaders to diagnose the business challenge and what knowledge, skills, and expertise are required to ensure success for each role in their organization.
  • Co-develop the strategy and own the roadmap for L&D programs across one or more gTech Ads verticals, agreeing on performance metrics in partnership with gSO and business leads.
  • Perform day-to-day program management to ensure onboarding and upskilling initiatives are executed to plan. Partner with other team members to ensure consistency and best practice in program approach.
  • Utilize new and existing AI approaches to improve execution accuracy, scale, and efficiency across program/content delivery, practice, and assessment.
  • Ensure all programs and activities are effectively tracked and reported to allow leaders to monitor progress and quality.
