Job Description: Sr. Delivery Manager MedTech

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Delivery Manager MedTech to lead large-scale, complex engineering programs across global distributed teams. This role demands deep MedTech domain expertise, strong delivery governance, stakeholder leadership, and hands-on management of high-visibility programs involving medical devices, clinical systems, and next-generation surgical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery for MedTech programs including medical devices, OR workflows, EMR/EHR integrations, and clinical systems.
- Drive execution excellence across design, engineering, testing, and deployment phases.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and quality standards relevant to MedTech and healthcare technology.
- Implement Agile methodologies, sprint governance, and cross-functional delivery best practices.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary client-facing leader for US-based customers and partners.
- Manage escalations, establish trust, and maintain strong executive relationships.
- Translate business goals into detailed delivery plans and measurable milestones.
Team & Operations Management
- Lead distributed engineering teams across India and the US.
- Mentor delivery leads, project managers, and cross-functional engineering units.
- Optimize resource planning, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
Technology & Innovation
- Oversee solution delivery involving:
- Video data processing pipelines for AI model training
- Surgical AI applications
- Medical device security & access management
- GPU/Edge device-based workloads
- Collaborate with architects on cloud, data, and AI/ML solution designs (AWS/Azure).
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and engineering excellence.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years leading MedTech-focused delivery across medical devices, OR workflows, EMR/EHR platforms, or clinical systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, quality controls, and traceability expectations.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML platforms, data engineering concepts, and model lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Edge devices, GPU deployments, and device security.
- Cloud experience (AWS or Azure), Agile, Jira/ADO, CI/CD, and DevOps-driven execution.
- Proven record of managing distributed global teams (India + US).
- Exceptional communication, client-facing leadership, and escalation handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in video analytics, surgical robotics, or clinical AI solutions.
- Exposure to safety-critical systems or regulated software development (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, HIPAA).
- PMP/CSM/SAFe certifications are a plus.
