Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects: source, clean, model and deliver actionable insights to HR, Talent and Business stakeholders.
- Design, build and maintain ETL pipelines and data models to ensure reliable, timely datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to track hiring funnel, time-to-fill, attrition, and workforce KPIs.
- Perform advanced analysescohort, root-cause, segmentation and A/B testingto inform recruitment and retention strategies.
- Implement data quality checks, instrumentation and governance processes to maintain trusted metrics across systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytics requirements and mentor junior analysts on best practices.
