Job Description: Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to deliver high-quality insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ETL processes, data augmentation, and data normalization, along with advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and assist tech team to translate them into effective data models, ETL pipelines, and analytics solutions
2. Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and scalability
3. Perform data augmentation and normalization to enhance data usability, consistency, and analytical value.
4. Analyze business processes and data trends to generate insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities.
5. Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and data transformations to support reporting and decision-making.
6. Create dashboards, reports, and analytical data views aligned with defined business KPIs.
7. Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, documentation, and compliance across all data assets.
8. Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams in an agile, fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced data analysis techniques

Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and data normalization practices

Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources

Practical experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)

Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data solutions

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
