* Job Description:
We are looking for Senior Customer Service Representatives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions from international clients and providing prompt, accurate, and professional support.The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, prior experience in international voice support, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls from international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions within defined timelines.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and accurately.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism.
- Meet and maintain individual and team performance metrics, including quality standards, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of complex customer issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company processes and compliance standards.
* Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹3.5 LPA ₹6.5 LPA (based on experience)
- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working / 2 Days off
- Shifts: UK Shift / US Shift
- Age Criteria: Candidates up to 38 years are preferred. However, applicants up to 40 years may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional English communication skills.
