Job Description

We are looking for banking experienced professionals to join the Contact Center team at Manyata tech park

Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Shift: UK Shifts

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve queries related to banking products & services

• Deliver excellent customer experience

• Meet quality and performance targets

Eligibility:

• Graduates / Undergraduates

• Minimum 1 year experience in Voice Process

• Excellent English communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to 6 LPA

• 30,000 joining bonus every 6 months
