About the Role

We're looking for Senior Copywriter who lives and breathes internet culture. This role requires someone who understands how Gen Z consumes content, communicates online, and engages with brands across platforms.

You should be equally comfortable writing a meme-led Instagram caption, a high-retention Reel script, a campaign concept, or a brand film narrative. If your copy feels native to the platform—not like advertising trying to fit in—we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

• Lead creative copy and content strategy across social-first campaigns.
• Develop platform-native content for Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, short-form video scripts, and campaign copy.
• Build and mentor a team of writers and creatives.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and content creators to develop integrated campaigns.
• Translate brand objectives into culturally relevant creative ideas.
• Stay ahead of internet trends, meme culture, creator ecosystems, and social conversations.
• Present concepts and creative rationale to internal teams and clients.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, luxury, or culture-focused brands/agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns and digital content.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z internet culture, memes, creator trends, and platform behaviors.
• Ability to write in multiple brand voices while maintaining authenticity.
• Experience leading creative projects and mentoring writers.
• Strong conceptual thinking with excellent storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with content performance metrics and audience engagement principles.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, streetwear, or youth-focused brands.
• Proven track record of creating viral or highly engaging social content.
• Strong understanding of influencer and creator-led content formats.
