Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who is a hands-on creative thinker and writer, capable of developing and executing compelling ideas across digital platforms. This role requires someone who can move seamlessly from concept to execution: writing sharp, meaningful copy while collaborating closely with designers, video teams, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple brands, formats, and timelines without compromising on quality or creative integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing creative ideas, content plans, and content for brands across different industries
- Conceptualize, strategizing and execute creative ideas across digital platforms for multiple brands
- Write clear, engaging, and impactful copy across formats including social media, scripts, campaigns, websites, and digital assets
- Develop content directions ranging from captions and scripts to full campaign narratives
- Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and content teams to bring ideas to life
- Participate in shoots (where required) to ensure ideas are translated effectively into final output
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across all communication
- Ensure high standards of copy quality, clarity, and relevance across deliverables
- Adapt writing styles and tones based on brand requirements and target audience
- Work efficiently across multiple projects, managing timelines and priorities effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with excellent command over language
- Proven experience in an advertising or digital agency environment
- Ability to think conceptually and execute ideas end-to-end
- Strong understanding of digital content formats and platform nuances
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality under tight timelines
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of work
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to finance, corporate, or B2B communication is an advantage
- Basic understanding of visual storytelling, design, and production workflows
- Experience working on digital-first brands and integrated campaigns
