Senior Conversion Analyst/Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Management

• Collaborate with internal Client Services, PMO, and Account Management teams to define conversion schedules and strategies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive conversion project plans, cycle playbooks, and ensure alignment with development, QA, SME, and other resources.
• Monitor project progress, escalate issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the main conversion point-of-contact for clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide consulting guidance during business transformations to optimize conversion outcomes.

Conversion & Development Support

• Assist development teams in validating conversion results, identifying exceptions, and reviewing outcomes before client delivery.
• Develop detailed business requirements (BRDs/SRDs) for each conversion.
• Support testing activities, including functional, regression, and performance testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Prepare conversion charters outlining scope, assumptions, timelines, and costs.
• Establish and document standardized procedures for testing and executing conversions.
• Drive process improvements by reviewing completed projects and integrating best practices.

Infrastructure & Technical Collaboration

• Work with infrastructure and DBA teams to optimize conversion testing at client and internal sites.
• Perform issue investigation and resolution for source data or conversion defects.
