This position is for the role of Senior Content Analyst within Fixed Income Timeseries in the pricing and reference space (FITS). You will be responsible in driving and maintaining data accuracy of EOD data for FI instruments. Team is also responsible for reference data that ensures linkage between EJV and NDA data bases.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.
- Handle highly critical client case, by providing product expertise to deliver accurate and timely resolution.
- Provide appropriate consultancy, solutions, and advice in the areas of process evaluations, performance monitoring and statistics and Manage critical issues.
- Communicate & collaborate with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries.
- Developing expertise in data related issues and build up knowledge on FITS and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
- Strong understanding of FI Timeseries data flow and NDA linkages. Knowledge of ETS, EJV, OTC and Data Scope products are a key element.
- Improve service resiliency for our core content services in FITS team, as measured from our clients perspective. Improve management of incidents and outages by timely identification and customer concern to the relevant development teams.
- Improve, in partnership with Customer Service, the client experience through tight end-to-end integration of the content customer service process. Meet Timeliness score as per metric, attain self-sufficiency in resolving cases.
- Support specific projects, content testing and responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data.
- Proactively determine and resolve data problems.
- Overall accountable for FITS in the reference space and pricing.
- Manage BCP plan for the team and Flexible to support 24*6.
- Improve efficiencies in work practices by implementing automation where possible.
- Reengineer and automate to reduce complexity, improve agility, scalability, quality and productivity.

- Accountable for the quality of own work, delivered within agreed time-frames and quality standards.
- Quality of work is reviewed to ensure it is delivered within set parameters of timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
- Works independently within defined area, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge.

- Decisions taken are made within guidelines set as per the Process.
Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies
- Effectively communicate both internally & externally.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to details, eager to learn new things and multitasking.
- Working Knowledge of NDA and EJV. And the mappings between ETS and NDA.
- Deep understanding of products like DSS and Eikon/Workspace.
- Advanced Knowledge on MS Excel.
- Bachelor's degree required.
