Senior Consultant | SAP MM |

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP MM Implementation & Configuration:
• Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, and testing.
• Configure SAP MM modules to support procurement, inventory management, material master data, and vendor management.
• Customize SAP solutions to meet business-specific needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
• Analyze existing supply chain and procurement processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other modules (e.g., SD, WM, WM, PP, and FI).
• Project Management & Support:
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
• Provide technical and functional support during SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
• Training & Documentation:
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation for SAP MM processes.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective system adoption.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP MM-related issues.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Participate in change management activities to support new system implementations.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• SAP certifications in MM (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Procurement with SAP ERP).
• Experience:
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM consulting, including at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in global SAP projects, upgrades, and system migrations is a plus.
• Skills:
• Expertise in SAP MM modules: Purchasing (MM-PUR), Inventory Management (MM-IM), Material Master, Vendor Master, and Invoice Verification (MM-IV).
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP GUI, Fiori, and relevant reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).
