Position Title: Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts
Location: Kasna, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead and strengthen our finance function. This role will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, including accounting, compliance, costing, and financial reporting, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Inventory & Working Capital Management
- Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation with physical stock
- Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and finished goods valuation
- Ensure efficient working capital management, including receivables, payables, and inventory cycles
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits
- Maintain robust internal controls and documentation processes
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Manage and improve Tally systems for finance and inventory integration
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements for efficiency and control
- Develop and standardize financial policies and SOPs
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead and manage the accounts team
- Work closely with plant, purchase, sales, and management teams
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making and pricing strategies
Key Requirements
- Qualification: CA / CMA / B.Com (with strong relevant experience)
- Experience: 8–12 years in finance & accounts, with minimum 4–5 years in manufacturing industry
- Strong experience in:
- Cost accounting and inventory management
- GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into business insights
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with regular interaction with plant operations
- 6-day working week (Mon–Sat)
