Senior Consultant

Position Title: Senior Consultant – SuccessFactors Employee Central​

Job Summary:​

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to provide Production 

Support of SuccessFactors Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have hands-on 

experience in configuring and deploying Employee Central modules and a strong 

understanding of HR processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Provide Production Support of SuccessFactors Employee Central. 

∙Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into system 

configurations. 

∙Configure Employee Central modules, including foundational objects, time 

management, workflows, integration with S4 HANA and employee self-service. 

∙Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR processes with system 

functionality. 

∙Provide guidance and support to the client during UAT, data migration, and go-live 

phases. 

∙Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and recommend best practices. 

∙Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, 

user manuals, and project reports. 

Qualifications: 

∙Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field. 

∙Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (latest certification preferred). 

∙Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with at 

least 3 end-to-end Employee Central projects. 

∙Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, time management, and global HR compliance. 

∙Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
