Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant for Expert Labs Data Platform - Integration & Intel, you will play a key role in implementing, installing, and upgrading data integration and intelligence solutions. You will work closely with customers to educate them on the solutions and support the transition to production.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Implement Solutions: Install and upgrade data integration and intelligence solutions, ensuring seamless execution and meeting customer needs.
- Educate Customers: Provide training and guidance to customers on the implemented solutions, enabling them to effectively utilize the technology.
- Support Production Transition: Assist customers in transitioning to production, addressing any technical issues and ensuring a smooth handover.
- Deliver Solutions: Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific data integration and intelligence requirements.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Data Integration Solutions: Exposure to implementing, installing, and upgrading data integration and intelligence solutions, with a focus on seamless execution and meeting customer needs.
- Technical Training Delivery: Experience working with customers to provide training and guidance on implemented solutions, enabling effective utilization of the technology.
- Production Transition Support: Exposure to assisting customers in transitioning to production, addressing technical issues, and ensuring a smooth handover.
- Solution Customization: Experience working with customers to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific data integration and intelligence requirements.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Exposure to resolving technical issues related to data integration and intelligence solutions, with a focus on timely and effective resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise Data & AI platforms and solutions
- Experience in the planning, design, and delivery of one or more data integration and data intelligence product platforms
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions on modern data platforms
- 10+ years experience with ETL and database technologies
- Experience in architectural planning and implementation for upgrade and migration of enterprise data platforms
- Experience in designing and implementing Data Quality solutions
- Excellent understanding of cloud concepts and infrastructure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Experience with data integration and ETL tools such as DataStage, Informatica, SAS, Talend, or equivalent products
- Experience with data governance and metadata management tools
- Experience with cloud and container platforms
- Good to have knowledge: Apache Spark, Shell scripting, Java, Python
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Data Warehousing Knowledge: Exposure to data warehousing concepts and architectures, including data modeling and ETL processes, is beneficial for this role.
- Advanced Analytics: Experience working with advanced analytics tools and technologies, such as predictive analytics and machine learning, can be advantageous in delivering data intelligence solutions.
- Cloud-Based Solutions: Familiarity with cloud-based data integration and intelligence solutions can be helpful in implementing and upgrading solutions for customers.
