We are hiring ServiceNow QA / Test Automation Engineers for a Government Digital Services program.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute automated tests for ServiceNow CSM

Develop test automation using Playwright

Perform API testing (REST/SOAP)

Conduct performance and load testing

Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills:

ServiceNow testing experience

Playwright or similar automation tools

API & Integration testing

Performance testing (JMeter / LoadRunner)

Agile & DevOps exposure

Experience:

Consultant: 46 years

Senior Consultant: 7+ years
