Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting SAP applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions across various SAP modules. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our organization's digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions.
- Document and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting quality standards and client expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP modules.
- Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Dictionary, and SAP HANA.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and its technical aspects.
- Proficiency in SAP UI5, Fiori, and other SAP frontend technologies is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
