Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering Kinaxis solutions and driving innovation. Your expertise in supply planning and Kinaxis will be leveraged to enhance our client's supply chain operations. With a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Kinaxis and a total of 4-5 years in supply planning, you will contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of Kinaxis platforms. Your understanding of integration and scripting will further strengthen our team's capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Kinaxis implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide functional expertise in supply planning, including expiry planning, ABP, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain Kinaxis configurations, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Kinaxis with other systems and platforms.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams on Kinaxis functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Kinaxis and supply planning processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Kinaxis releases and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Document and maintain project artifacts, ensuring knowledge retention and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Kinaxis, with a total of 4-5 years in supply planning.
- Authoring Lvl 2 certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of supply planning processes, including expiry planning, ABP, and inventory management.
- Experience with Kinaxis integration and scripting is preferred.
- Familiarity with application maintenance and support tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
