Description
We are looking for a highly skilled PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of relevant experience in the Indian job market.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, create functional specifications and test plans
- Provide end-user support and training as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP system
- Keep up-to-date with new functionalities and features of PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP systems
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP functional consulting
- Expertise in at least one of the following modules - Finance, HRMS, Supply Chain Management
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades and production support
- Experience with PeopleTools, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting
- Certification in PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP is a plus
