Key Responsibilities:
The Client Servicing in Events industry will be responsible for leading end-to-end servicing, execution and coordination for events, exhibitions, summits, ceremonies and public programmes. The role requires strong client-facing skills, understanding of event production, and working knowledge of 360 campaign components to ensure events are supported by effective communication.
This role focuses primarily on delivery excellence, client management, internal coordination, and project-level profitability, under the strategic guidance of the Business head.
Experience - 5 to 10 years
Industry - Events, Media, Marketing Services or related businesses could be of advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Servicing
- End-to-end Project Management: Leading project briefs, handling reporting and documentation, and providing on-ground support to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with the creative team for conceptualization, create pitch presentations and credentials for various projects
- Responsible for managing events of all scales, collaborating with operations, creative, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Complete analysis of the tender/brief, keeping in mind the financial, legal, production and creative feasibility
- Guide the management with respect to the terms and conditions of the tender/brief
- Conceptualizing & implementing large scale events & provide communication strategies as per client preference & achieve organizational targets
- Develop strategy for events as per market requirements and business potential
- Estimation of the client spend, venue recce and venue plotting
- Direct interaction with the clients for the direction, presentation and management of the various events and brand activation programs
- Finalize prices either based on negotiations with the clients on prices and deliverables or provide standard rate card to the clients
Process management
- Continuously educate, supervise, develop and guide the team in terms of preparation of creative presentations and credentials (Element Sheet, Detailing Element Costs and Concept Note) for client pitches to ensure client business acquisition and ensure that clients are aware of the various offerings and solutions provided by Wizcraft
- Process adherence to Wizcraft SOPs and reporting procedures
- Prepare pre-event P&L with production team
- Preparation of a detailed project plan including all the activities and timelines required for the delivery of the project
