We are now looking for a Senior Client Servicing professional with a strong advertising and production background to lead client relationships and ensure smooth execution of high-quality campaigns from concept to completion.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Client Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving strategic communication, and overseeing the end-to-end production process. Your role will combine strategic planning, creative collaboration, and hands-on project management to deliver exceptional results.

Client Relationship & Strategy
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and the agency, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.

  • Understand client objectives, brand positioning, and campaign goals to deliver strategic communication plans.

  • Lead client presentations, pitch strategies, and campaign reviews with clarity and confidence.

Campaign & Production Oversight
  • Supervise and guide the production process across digital, film, and traditional advertising mediums.

  • Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and with superior creative and production quality.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams creative, strategy, design, and production to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor junior client servicing executives, ensuring effective coordination and timely project delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and creative excellence.

Financial & Operational Management
  • Oversee project budgets, cost estimations, and timelines while maintaining profitability.

  • Handle vendor coordination and production approvals to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Insights & Reporting
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve client or project issues to maintain smooth delivery.

    What We're Looking For:
    • 810 years of experience in client servicing within an advertising agency, with strong exposure to creative and production processes.
    • Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns, especially in digital, e-commerce, and integrated media.
    • Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of advertising production, including film shoots, photography, digital content, and post-production.
    • Experience in leading and mentoring teams, managing multiple clients, and handling tight timelines.
    • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and creative sensibility.
    • A degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
