We are looking for a Senior to join the New Client Intake team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in client relations and business operations. As a Senior you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the onboarding process and the Engagement Letter process for new clients:
- Liaising with partners (US) as necessary during the Onboarding process/Engagement Letter process to gather required documentation, ensure the appropriate legal documentation is in place.
- Drafting, Auditing and validating intake form/Engagement Letter information entered by staff level to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely submission or deliverables
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and proposing solutions
- Escalating any issues/concerns to the Director.
Client Communication:
- Conducting follow-up communications with stakeholders to gather missing information.
- Ensuring the deliveries are submitted to the partners within the timelines.
Internal Coordination:
- Coordinating with internal team members to address queries and issues promptly.
- Identifying knowledge gaps and reporting to the Director.
- Resolving team issues and developing relationships with the team members.
Tracking and Reporting:
- Tracking progress for the engagement Letter on a regular basis
- Providing timely and accurate status updates to Director for all assigned tasks
- Ensuring gaps and requirements are identified and communicated to the manager.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated with process changes.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Graduate
- 6-8 Years in handling Engagement Letters and onboarding process of which 2-3 years experience of managing a team of 4-5 people.
- Auditing operations experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Maintain strong working relationships with the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills
