In this role you are expected to be an independent worker who demonstrates ownership of responsibilities, self-reliance, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to perform efficient and accurate processing of customer orders from order entry/capture to payment. This includes a variety of tasks, such as order entry, order validation, shipment document creation, invoicing, and cash application. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent customer service and communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will lead operations, Lean Consultant, ensure compliance, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and implement lean methodologies across various functions.
Responsibilities
. Process analysis: Evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and to conduct training sessions for team members.
.Lean implementation: Develop and implement lean strategies to streamline operations and reduce waste.
.Data analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of lean initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
.Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.
.Strategic planning: Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
.Compliance management: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
.Customer relations: Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on team performance, process efficiency, and other key metrics for senior management review.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

.Education: Graduate degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field.
.Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the insurance industry or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

.Must have worked on ERPs Order 2 Cash management systems
.Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas and recommendations clearly and briefly.
.Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
.Ability to multi-task and prioritize items with specific time constraints.
.Ability to adapt to the business%27s changing needs.
.Client-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external client requests.
.Thorough knowledge of all Order-to-cash processes.
