Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Business Operations Manager. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to streamline business operations and improve efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing operational workflows, driving cross-functional projects, analyzing operational data, ensuring alignment with financial goals, and leading program management initiatives. The candidate will also be responsible for optimizing processes to support the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Should have 1-2 years of Experience in B2B/B2C field sales, client servicing and handling the team.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling to achieve revenue growth.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely renewals and retention.
- Lead and monitor team performance to meet targets.
- Take ownership of sales and servicing within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with RWAs, builders, and facility teams.
- Conduct 5–6 client meetings daily for engagement and business growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and track performance reports.
- Ensure client satisfaction, compliance, and zero churn.
