Role Overview
We are looking for a relationship-driven, polished professional with proven experience handling High Net Wo Individuals (HNIs) — ideally from luxury retail, luxury real estate, or premium wealth management backgrounds. You will be the primary relationship owner for our members, ensuring they feel valued, engaged, and deeply connected to the Aurum community.
In addition, you will provide light calendar management support to the CEO, keeping their schedule organised and meetings well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities
A. HNI Member Onboarding & Activation
› Conduct personalised, high-touch welcome calls within 48 hours of member approval
› Guide new members through the Aurum platform, community benefits, and exclusive value proposition
› Create an exceptional, luxury-standard first impression that sets the tone for a long-term relationship
B. Member Retention & Relationship Management
› Maintain a structured, personalised touchpoint cadence — calls, check-ins, curated messages
› Build deep, trust-based relationships with HNI members across varied industries and profiles
› Identify at-risk members early and execute tailored re-engagement strategies
› Apply luxury service sensibilities — anticipate needs before they are expressed
C. Member Experience & White-Glove Service
› Resolve member queries with a white-glove approach (SLA: first response within 4 hours)
› Deliver an experience consistent with the standards HNI clients expect from premium brands
› Collect and act on post-event and post-interaction feedback to continuously raise the bar
D. Event & Experience Coordination
› Curate personalised event invitations aligned with each member's interests, industry, and goals
› Support on-ground hosting and ensure every member feels welcomed and well-attended
› Conduct warm post-event follow-ups and track satisfaction scores
E. Member Matchmaking & Community Facilitation
› Proactively identify synergies between members and facilitate meaningful warm introductions
› Log and track quality of connections facilitated and outcomes generated monthly
F. Upsell & Referral Facilitation
› Identify members suitable for premium-tier upgrades and initiate consultative conversations
› Leverage luxury sales expertise to present upgrades as value additions, not hard sells
› Track conversion rates, referrals, and member-driven growth metrics
G. CRM & Data Management
› Maintain accurate, detailed member profiles, preferences, and interaction logs in the CRM
› Ensure data completeness and hygiene across all member records
H. CEO Calendar Support
› Manage and organise the CEO's calendar — schedule meetings, calls, and appointments efficiently
› Send timely reminders and coordinate scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
› Handle this responsibility with discretion, accuracy, and zero dropped balls
Who We Are Looking For
Essential Background & Experience
› 2–4 years of experience in HNI client servicing, luxury retail sales, luxury real estate, or premium wealth management
› Demonstrated ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals
› Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi is a strong advantage)
› Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA or hospitality/luxury management preferred
› Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Calendar, and digital communication platforms
