Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Business Growth Executive for a full-time, on-site position at our Karol Bagh office. The role involves driving strategic business development initiatives to identify growth opportunities, developing relationships with key clients across various industries, and creating marketing strategies targeting potential customers. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing industry trends, managing the sales pipeline, and preparing detailed performance reports. The candidate will also take part in identifying new market trends and developing business proposals and presentations to meet client objectives.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales expertise, including client relationship management and market trend analysis.
  • Marketing strategy development, lead generation, and experience with crafting effective business proposals.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills, with proficiency in preparing detailed reports and delivering pitches to stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in sectors such as MVAS, telecom, or related industries is preferable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and relevant analytics software is a plus.
